RETURN &WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of purchase. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original box and in new, unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item is partially assembled or shows signs of use. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping, and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, the shipping charges for the initial purchase are non-refundable.

We thoroughly inspect each ride-on car from electrical to the body ensure the item is working properly and body is free of damage. If you receive your item and there is shipping damage please call or email us. We also ask that you send photos of the damage to us at customerservice@rollinghillstrading.com ​
